Q: When will products be available to ship nationwide?
A: Rastelli Direct is controlling the growth of our business assuring that we can maintain the quality of standards that our customers expect. We will launch nationally when we can ensure that the delivery of our products will meet these requirements.
Q: Are your products USDA/FDA inspected?
A: Yes. We have on site USDA inspectors at our meat facility. Our Seafood products are FDA inspected and the facility is USDC HACCP certified.
Q: How are the Rastelli Direct products packaged?
A: We utilize some of the most technologically advanced packaging materials in the industry. All of our portion cut meat products are sealed in a high quality vacuum film. Our sea food products are individually frozen to lock in flavor, and vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and make it easy to serve
Q: Where does your beef come from?
A: Our beef comes from our cattle farms in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Q: What is marbling and why is it important?
A: Marbling can best be described as the network of the fat that runs through sections of meat. Not to be confused with the large deposits of fat that is often found around the perimeter a cut of meat, marbling is fat that is located throughout the cut. Usually appearing as a series of small white flecks in the cut of meat, marbling has two primary functions in making sure them at is both tasty and tender.
Q: Can I refreeze my product after it is defrosted?
A: No
Q: Is any of your seafood products sushi grade?
A: Yes, currently our Tuna steak is our only sushi grade product. Please check back with us at a later time for other products that may be added to our menu.
Ordering/Shipping Questions
Q: Will I be able to modify my auto-ship order each month?
A: Yes. In order to do so you have to log in to your account/back office, click on the autoship tab and manage your autoship.
Q: How far in advance do I have to change my auto ship if I want something different?
A: You may change your Autoship up until 1 day before your order ship date.
Q: How do I cancel my order once it is placed?
A: There are 2 ways to cancel your order:
- Log into your account/back office, select ‘Cancel order’
- Call Customer Support at 1-877-686-EARN (3276).
**Note: you cannot cancel your order once it has shipped and you receive your email confirmation.
Q: Can I select a specific delivery date?
A: Yes. By logging into your account/back office, click on the autoship tab and manage your autoship delivery date.
Q: Can I pay an additional fee to have product shipped outside of your covered service area?
A: No. Currently we only ship to FedEx shipping zones 1 & 2.
Q: How can I change the shipping address after I place the order?
A. You can change your shipping address by loging into your account/back office, refer to settings tab and then click account info. Once you are there you can change your personal information regarding your account.
Q: Can a personalized message be included with my gift?
A: Yes.
Q: Where will the products ship from?
A: Our products ship straight from the Pureland of New Jersey
Q: How do you ensure products remain fresh while in transit?
A: Our products are shipped in a Styrofoam cooler, which is filled with dry ice to insure the product remains frozen during transit.
Q: Who do I contact if I have shipping issues?
A: Contact our Customer Support Center at 1-877-686-EARN (3276).
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover card.
Independent Business Partner Questions
Q: What is an Independent Business Partner?
A: An Independent Business Partner is an independent marketing representative of Rastelli Direct. These individuals are compensated for orders placed by customers who were referred to our web site by the Independent Business partners.
Q: What are the benefits of receiving bonuses on a Rastelli Direct debit card?
A: The Rastelli Direct Debit card enables an Independent Business Partner to track their paid commissions on one card and the Partner may easily access their balance via online or by using Bank of America’s automated system.
Q: I am already an Independent Business Partner; can my spouse sign up as well?
A: Your spouse can sign up to become a partner in your current distributorship but he or she may not start their own distributorship.
Q: To keep my position as an Independent Business Partner, the contract states that I am required to maintain a monthly $300 in personal volume or a $100 auto ship. What does personal volume consist of?
A: Personal Volume is the accumulated Bonus Value (BV) of all products purchased by you, your direct Members, and your retail customers during a given pay period are combined to determine your “Personal Volume” (PV) for that pay period.
Q: Is sales tax and shipping on my customers’ order included in my bonus payment?
A: No. Independent Business partners are not paid bonuses on tax and shipping on any of their members or partner’s orders.
