Home Chef Swedesboro, NJ	Date Posted: Fri, Nov 27, 2009 Recipe Name: Ground Beef Stroganoff Description: Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed 4 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained 3/4 cup sour cream Directions: In medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain excess fat. Stir in garlic salt, pepper, soup and mushrooms. Simmer covered, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through, but do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles. Home Chef Swedesboro, NJ	Date Posted: Fri, Nov 27, 2009 Recipe Name: Taco Casserole Description: Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 package taco seasoning 6 ounces of water 1 (15 ounce) can cooked black beans 1 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese 3 chopped green onions 1 cup of salsa 2 cups crushed corn chips I cup of sour cream Directions: In a large heavy frying pan, brown ground beef and drain. Return beef to pan and add taco seasoning and water and remove from the heat. Add the beans, ½ the cheese and salsa. Stir until combined. Place chips in an 8x8 baking dish. Pour ground beef mixture over chips. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Sprinkle green onions and black olives over cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven until the cheese is sufficiently melted. Serve with sour cream Nutritional Info: Servings: 4 Prep Time: 15 minutes
