Ingredients:  Veal

Preparation Instructions:  For best results thaw under refrigeration.  Use within 5 - 7 days.  Pan sear for two minutes and turn, cook an additional two minutes.  Finish cooking in a hot oven (450 degrees or higher) until product is 5 degrees before desired doneness (internal temperature) using a meat or cooking thermometer.  Let rest 5 – 10 minutes before serving.

 

Medium Rare:  130 -135 degrees

Medium:  140 – 145 degrees

Well:  160 – 170 degrees
