Select from an Herb, Teriyaki, or Southwestern Marinated boneless, skinless chicken breast. Each marinated chicken breast is packaged using Rastelli Direct’s optimized process to preserve flavor and freshness.

Ingredients: Chicken breast, water, teriyaki chicken marinade (raw sugar, sea salt, soy sauce powder (soy, salt, wheat), yeast extract, malted barley, spices, garlic powder). Contains soy and wheat

Preparation Instructions: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 3 - 5 days.

Skillet: Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray. Heat pan over medium high heat. Add breast and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook 6-9 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place breast on foil lined baking sheet. Cook 17-21 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.

Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray. Pre-heat grill to medium high. Grill breasts 3-4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
