These crab cakes are made with the finest ingredients and seasoned to perfection. Our individually, hand picked crab meat is blended with traditional seasonings to bring out the rich, sweet flavor of our jumbo lump and backfin crab. Each 3 oz. portion is vacuum sealed to protect freshness and is ready to prepare quickly and easily.

Ingredients:  Crabmeat, mayonnaise (soybean oil or canola oil, egg yolk, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, calcium EDTA), bread crumbs (wheat flour, dextrose, contains 2% or less of partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, salt, yeast), liquid margarine (liquid and partially hydrogenated soybean oil, water, salt, vegetable mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, sodium benzoate, citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, beta carotene, vitamin A (palminate added),   Calcium EDTA (added to protect flavor), red bell peppers, green onions, Dijon mustard, (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, white wine, fruit pectin, citric acid, tartaric acid, sugar, spice), modified food starch, garlic, (water phosphoric acid, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate) salt, white pepper, spices (mustard, red pepper, black pepper, bay (laurel) leaves, cloves, allspice (pimento), mace, cardamom, cinnamon and paprika), parsley.

FOR BEST RESULTS PAN FRY (SAUTE)


From frozen:

Pan Fry:  Place crab cakes in pre-heated sauté pan over medium heat with clarified butter or oil.  Cook approx. 4 -7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and reach internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

 

Bake/Broil:  Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes then switch to broil and continue cooking for additional 5 minutes or until browned.  Flip crab cake and broil for an additional 5 minutes.


Conventional oven: Place crab cakes on greased baking pan and cook in a preheated 375 F. oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165 F.

 

From Thawed:

 

Conventional oven: Place crab cakes on a greased baking pan and cook in a preheated 375 F oven for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165 F.

 

Pan Fry: Place crab cakes in a pan over medium heat with clarified butter or oil. Cook about 2-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165 F.
