Country Style Steak

A simple and easy recipe for cube steak that can easily be stretched to feed as many as you like. Serve over rice or potatoes

Serves: Recipe Yield 4 servings
Prep Time: Ready In:1 Hr 10 Min

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 pound cube steak, cut into bite size pieces 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for coating 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix 2 cups water, or as needed salt and pepper to taste garlic salt to taste

Directions:
1.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat cube steak pieces with flour, and shake off the excess. Fry steak pieces in the hot oil just until browned on each side and there are some juices in the pan. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. 2.Stir together the onion soup mix and 1 tablespoon of flour sprinkle into the skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until it starts to brown. Gradually mix in the water to make a gravy. Return the cube steak to the pan, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Cover, and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.

Fajita “Party in your mouth” Salad

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1lb Beef cubes 1 cup Italian or spicy ranch dressing 1 tbsp cumin 3 tbsp fresh lime juice ¼ cup cooked red kidney beans ¼ cup white onions (sliced thin) ¼ cup red onion (sliced thin) ¼ cup cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 tomato, (small diced) 6 to 8 cups salad greens (iceberg & romaine mix) ¼ cup tortilla chips (crushed) 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 2 tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning

Directions:
In a sauté pan, heat oil then add beef cubes with salt, pepper, cumin & Caribbean jerk seasoning. Sauté until golden brown and beef has reached a internal temperature of 155 degrees. After cooking, set aside and let cool. In a stainless steel bowl add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, beans, and mix. Then add lime juice and dressing and mix again. Finish the salad with cheddar cheese & tortilla chips. Garnish on top with cooked beef cubes and enjoy.

Black Beans and Beef Stew

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil 2LB Beef Cubes ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar 1 can chopped tomatoes 2 teaspoons garlic salt 1 teaspoon Onion powder 2- 15oz can of Black Beans (drained)

Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add meat and brown on all sides. Pour in vinegar and stir. Add tomatoes, garlic salt, and onion powder. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender; about 30-40 minutes. Add beans, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over Rice Pilaf with Italian Crispy Bread.
