Hungry on the fly St. Louis Ribs topped with Pineapple Fruit Chutney

Ingredients:
St. Louis Dry Rubbed Ribs 1½ Cups Premade Spicy BBQ Sauce ¼ Cup Cherries (Sliced in half) ½ Cup Mango (Small Diced) ½ Cup Pineapple (Small Diced) ½ Cup Oranges (Small Diced) ½ Cup of Lime Juice

Directions:
Preheat Oven Place St. Louis Ribs on Sheet Pan and add 1½ Cups Premade Spicy BBQ Sauce. Place in oven for 15minutes to 20 minutes. While St. Louis Ribs are cooking grab a Small Bowl and combine the following Cherries, Diced Mangos, Diced Pineapple, Diced Oranges & Lime Juice. Mix until well blended. When time has elapsed take St. Louis Ribs out of oven place on platter garnish with Pineapple Fruit Chutney and serve

Grilled St. Louis Ribs with a Spicy Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients:
St. Louis Dry Rubbed Ribs ¼ Cup Rice Vinegar ¾ Cup Soy Sauce 4 Tbsp Brown Sugar ½ Cup Teriyaki Sauce 3 Tbsp Garlic (Minced) 4 Tbsp Ginger (Minced) 2 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil 4 Tbsp Hot Sauce 1 Tbsp Chili Powder 1½ Cup Hoisin Sauce ½ Cup Water 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Preheat Grill In a Small Stainless Steel Bowl add the following ingredients: Rice Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, Sesame Seed Oil, Hot Sauce, Chili Powder, Hoisin Sauce & Water. Place St. Louis Ribs on Grill. Using a Brush keep basting sauce from bowl onto ribs. St. Louis Ribs are already fully cooked total cook time on Grill should be 10 minutes total. (5 minutes per side) After time has elapsed place ribs on platter and serve.

Baked St. Louis Ribs with Apricot Apple Bread Stuffing

Ingredients:
St. Louis Dry Rubbed Ribs ¼ Cup Celery (Minced) ¼ Cup White Onions (Minced) 3 Cups Bread (Diced) 1 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Rosemary (Minced) 1 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Thyme (Minced) 1 Cup Milk ½ Cup Water 4 Tbsp Fresh Apples (Small Diced) ½ Cup Apricot Preserve 2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (Minced) 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 4 Tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper 2 Cups of Premade BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. In a Medium Pot heat Butter then add your Celery, Onions & Apples sauté until tender. Add Apricot Preserves, Ginger, Brown Sugar, Diced Bread along with Fresh or Dried Rosemary & Thyme, mix and turn up heat on stove. Next add your Water & Milk and stir until everything is mashed up, then turn off stove. As the mixture in the pot is becoming solid place St. Louis Ribs on Sheet Pan and add BBQ Sauce. Bake in Oven for 15 minutes. When time has elapsed take St. Louis Ribs out of oven. Using a spoon scoop stuffing out of pot and place on platter. Place ribs on top of stuffing and serve.
